本商品は、物理配送を伴わず、決済後ただちにライセンス、商品データ、Discordへの案内または導入手順の提供処理が始まるデジタル製品です。
法令上必要な場合を除き、決済完了後および提供開始後の注文は最終確定となり、返品、交換、キャンセル、契約解除および返金には応じません。
返金対象外：
・誤購入、重複購入、心変わり、使用予定の変更
・商品説明、利用規約、対応環境または利用期間の未確認
・端末、OS、回線、セキュリティソフト、設定等の環境不一致
・操作ミス、導入断念、Discordへ参加できないこと
・ライセンス、商品データ、Discord案内または導入手順の発行・表示・送信後
・第三者サービスのアカウント停止、制限、削除、警告または検出
・第三者サービスの仕様変更、更新、保守、障害
・一時的または恒久的な動作不能
・規約違反、不正利用または禁止事項への該当
不具合時は返金より先に、合理的な範囲で調査、修正、代替版、再提供または導入支援を行います。
当店の責任による重複請求、商品が一切提供されず合理的な代替提供もできない場合、または適用法令により返金が必要な場合は例外として個別確認します。
正当な問い合わせを行わずにチャージバックや決済異議申立てを悪用した場合、ライセンス、Discordおよびサポートへのアクセスを停止し、注文記録・提供記録を決済事業者へ提出することがあります。
ENGLISH
All products are digital. No physical item is shipped. Delivery of licenses, product data, Discord access information, or setup instructions begins immediately after payment.
Except where required by applicable law, every order is final after payment and delivery begins. No returns, exchanges, cancellations, terminations, or refunds are provided.
Not eligible for a refund:
• Accidental or duplicate purchase, change of mind, or change of intended use
• Failure to read product descriptions, Terms, system requirements, or license periods
• Incompatible hardware, operating systems, networks, security software, or settings
• User error, abandoned installation, or inability to join Discord
• A license, product data, Discord information, or setup instructions having been issued, displayed, or sent
• Third-party account bans, restrictions, deletion, warnings, or detection
• Third-party service changes, updates, maintenance, or outages
• Temporary or permanent loss of functionality
• Policy violations, misuse, or prohibited conduct
Reasonable troubleshooting, repair, replacement, re-delivery, or setup assistance will be offered before any refund is considered.
Exceptions will be reviewed only for a duplicate charge caused by the seller, complete non-delivery where no reasonable replacement can be provided, or where a refund is required by applicable law.
Abusive chargebacks or payment disputes submitted without first contacting support may result in suspension of the license, Discord access, and support. Order and delivery records may be provided to the payment processor.
