1. 規約への同意

購入、決済、商品受取、Discordへの参加、ダウンロード、起動またはライセンス認証を行った時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

2. 商品と提供方法

本商品は物理配送を伴わないデジタル製品です。決済確認後、商品データ、ライセンス、購入者用Discordへの案内または導入手順が自動提供されます。購入前に商品内容、利用期間、対応環境を確認してください。

3. ライセンス

購入者本人に限り、限定的・非独占的・譲渡不能な利用権を付与します。商品、ライセンス、ファイル、Discord招待または資料の共有、譲渡、貸与、再販売、転載、複製、公開は禁止します。

4. キャンセル・返金

本商品は決済後ただちに提供処理が始まるデジタル製品です。法令上必要な場合を除き、提供開始後の返品、交換、キャンセル、契約解除および返金には応じません。誤購入、重複購入、心変わり、説明・規約の未確認、環境不一致、操作ミス、導入断念、Discordへ参加できないこと、第三者サービスのアカウント停止・制限・削除、検出、仕様変更、更新、または一時的・恒久的な動作不能は返金理由になりません。不具合時は合理的な範囲で修正、代替版、再提供または導入案内を優先します。

5. 禁止事項

解析、改変、逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリング、認証回避、不正利用、正当な理由のないチャージバック、攻撃、詐欺、権利侵害、Discord内情報や招待リンクの流出、運営妨害を禁止します。

6. 自己責任とリスク

利用により第三者サービスのアカウント停止、制限、データ削除、検出、警告その他の不利益が生じる可能性があります。「未検出」「安全」等の表示は将来の非検出、継続動作またはアカウント保護を保証しません。適用法令と第三者サービスの規約を確認し、購入者自身の判断と責任で利用してください。

7. サポート・変更

サポートは原則として購入者用Discordで提供します。即時回答、特定期間内の解決、永久的な更新または特定の結果を保証しません。必要に応じて商品、機能、認証方式、対応環境、提供方法、サポート内容を変更できます。

8. 利用停止

規約違反、不正利用、代金未払い、チャージバック、情報漏えい、運営妨害がある場合、事前通知なくライセンス、Discordおよびサポートへのアクセスを停止でき、この場合返金しません。

9. 免責・責任範囲

特定目的への適合性、完全性、継続性、互換性、非検出、アカウントが停止されないことを保証しません。強行法規に反しない範囲で、責任の上限は対象商品について実際に支払われた金額とします。

ENGLISH

1. ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing, paying, receiving or accessing a product, joining the customer Discord, downloading, launching, or activating a license, you agree to these Terms.

2. DIGITAL DELIVERY

All products are digital and no physical item is shipped. Product data, licenses, customer Discord access information, or setup instructions may be delivered automatically after payment. You must review product details, license periods, and system requirements before purchase.

3. LICENSE

A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use is granted only to the purchaser. Sharing, transferring, lending, reselling, reproducing, publishing, or distributing products, licenses, files, Discord invitations, or documentation is prohibited.

4. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Processing and delivery begin immediately after payment. Except where required by applicable law, all sales are final after delivery begins. No returns, exchanges, cancellations, terminations, or refunds are provided. Accidental or duplicate purchases, change of mind, failure to read descriptions or policies, incompatibility, user error, abandoned installation, inability to join Discord, third-party account bans, restrictions, deletion, detection, service changes, updates, or temporary or permanent loss of functionality are not grounds for a refund. Troubleshooting, repair, replacement, re-delivery, or setup assistance will be offered first where reasonably possible.

5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Reverse engineering, decompiling, modification, authentication bypass, unauthorized use, abusive chargebacks, attacks, fraud, infringement, leaking Discord information or invitations, and interference with operations are prohibited.

6. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Use may result in third-party account bans, restrictions, data loss, detection, warnings, or other adverse consequences. Statements such as “undetected” or “safe” do not guarantee future non-detection, continued operation, or account protection. You are responsible for reviewing applicable law and third-party terms and deciding whether and how to use the product.

7. SUPPORT AND CHANGES

Support is generally provided through the customer Discord. Immediate responses, resolution within a specific period, permanent updates, or a particular result are not guaranteed. Products, features, authentication, compatibility, delivery, and support may be changed when reasonably necessary.

8. SUSPENSION

Access to licenses, Discord, and support may be suspended without notice for policy violations, misuse, non-payment, chargebacks, information leaks, or interference with operations. No refund is provided in such cases.

9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY

Fitness for a particular purpose, completeness, uninterrupted availability, compatibility, non-detection, and protection from account bans are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, total liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the affected product.
